Does the Home-Ministry know that, people pay for getting an FIR done at Poilice-Stations.. i worry... someday i have to put an FIR, and i'm not ready to pay__ what wud happen??

if i need to bribe someone, i'll do it by earning money by dubious means... i too become corrupted...

Earlier we used to bribe 'to get our work done',
now we bribe 'so that someone will not stop, my work getting done'

so i gear myself... for this system...
